How weekly delivery works

We deliver fresh meals on your route day. Keep refrigerated and use within 7 days. Freeze anything not used within 7 days.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel?

Yes. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime. You’re always in control.

Do I need to be home?

No. We leave your food on your porch in an insulated bag with ice packs to keep it cold. Please bring it inside as soon as you can.

How do I adjust portions?

Use the recommendation as your starting point. Adjust gradually over 1–2 weeks based on body condition, energy, and stool quality.

What do I do with the insulated bag?

Leave last week's bag and ice packs out on
your delivery day and we'll swap them for fresh ones.

What if my dog doesn't like it?

If your dog doesn't love it, email us within 7 days of your first delivery for a full refund. No need to return the food.

Can I just try one week?

Yes. Start weekly delivery and cancel anytime before the next Wednesday cutoff. You'll only get one week.

Is a topper a complete meal?

No. A topper is added on top of your dog's regular food. Please feed a little less of their regular food. For all of your dog's food, choose Complete Meals.

Built on Real Nutrition, Not Marketing Claims

Aligned with AAFCO Nutritional Guidelines

Every recipe is formulated to meet AAFCO nutrient profiles for adult maintenance.

Whole-Food Formulation

We build every recipe around real meat and fresh produce, using whole-food ingredients as the foundation instead of relying on highly processed fillers.

Real Food Does the Work

Quality ingredients naturally provide many of the nutrients dogs need. We focus on food first, using supplementation only where it helps achieve complete nutritional balance.

Switching to Pasture & Paws? Here's what to expect.

Pasture and Paws

Already on fresh food?

Most dogs transition easily. Start with a 50/50 mix for the first week and move to full Pasture & Paws from there. Watch for any changes in stool or energy and adjust the pace if needed.

Pasture and Paws

Switching from kibble?

Give it the full four weeks.

  • Week 1: 25% Pasture & Paws, 75% kibble. Watch stool consistency.
  • Week 2: 50/50. Gas often settles here.
  • Week 3: 75% Pasture & Paws.
  • Week 4: Full Pasture & Paws.

Note: Every dog is different. Slow it down if you need to. You know your dog better than anyone.
